Conjuctivitis

An inflammation of the eye's white outer membrane, which causes redness, swelling, itching and watering. In allergic conjunctivitis, both eyes are usually affected. Viral or bacterial conjunctivitis can affect a single eye or both eyes. There are several medications available to relieve the symptoms.
